I first discovered my love for glass by accident when I found a job through a staffing agency at Warner-Crivellaro Stained Glass in Bethlehem, PA. Before that, I attended Penn State University and received a degree in psychology in August 2002. After I graduated, I was left with the question, "what exactly do I want to do for the rest of my life?" I had a few odd jobs here and there that took me to Myrtle Beach, SC, Baltimore, MD, and Negril, Jamaica.
When I started working with glass in January 2004, it helped me realize how amazing and diverse the medium is. Working at Warner, I took advantage of the resources provided and experimented with stained glass, mosaics, fused glass, and beadmaking. I took several courses across the country from well-known artists and absorbed as much as I could about the medium. I started teaching classes at Warner in December 2004, less than one year after I picked up my first glass cutter! I continued my instruction there expanding my classes to Lehigh Carbon Community College, assisted as an artist at the Glass Craft and Bead Expo in Las Vegas, and assisted Vicki Payne during her Stained Glass Certification Class.
I became a full time glass artist in January 2007 and have not looked back since! I have my glasswares in several gift shops and galleries throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. I create custom work in almost every glass avenue so feel free to search my site and contact me if you have any requests, questions, or suggestions. Enjoy!
