Happy Thanksgiving

It has been a busy last few months, traveling to North Carolina for Slumpfest, lots of fun classes, and gearing up for the upcoming holiday season! I’m very thankful for my supportive family, friends, and students. Without you, I would not be as fortunate as I am to be able to make a living doing what I love… glass!

In mid October, I traveled to Slumpy’s in Belmont, NC to teach at their annual SlumpFest. It was a great opportunity and I was glad to have my great glass friend, Jennifer, there to assist me with the classes. Everyone at Slumpy’s was very helpful and the classes went very well. The students created some beautiful stamped pieces and salad bowls. Check out my Glass By Erica Facebook page for more photos of this great glass trip!

Upcoming Webinar

Join me for my next webinar (online class) on “How to Create Glass Cast Boxes” through I Fired Arts, a Canadian webinar company. To watch the webinar live, you can sign up through their website. The webinar is at 8:00pm EST on Wednesday, November 6th. It can also be purchased after the live class through I Fired Arts. Learn to create a glass box using crushed glass and Colour De Verre molds. They make great holiday gifts!
